Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination country.

International Shipping & Import Duties
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Germany. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in the total order amount and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office regarding any additional fees before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Accuracy of Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Studio J|A is not responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@sichtexot.com so we can make changes — if possible — before shipment.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or any other customer-related reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We package all orders with the utmost care. However, if your package arrives damaged or is considered lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos along with your order number at info@sichtexot.com. We will work together with DHL to find a solution.
