Return & Withdrawal Policy

These terms are legally binding under German law and provided in German language for compliance purposes. For convenience, an English translation can be requested at any time.

Consumers have a legal right to cancel their purchase under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who purchases goods for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you, excluding the carrier) receive the last item of your order.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To cancel your order, simply send us a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) that you want to withdraw from the contract.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

If you cancel your order:

We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs (excluding any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option)
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice
We will use the same payment method you used for your purchase unless otherwise agreed
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return (whichever comes first)

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

5. Return Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

6. Condition of Returned Items

Please return items:

in their original packaging (if available)
with all accessories and packaging components
properly protected to avoid transport damage

You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.

7. Important Notes

Please do not send returns freight collect (unpaid shipping)
Damaged or improperly packaged returns may be rejected or reduced in value

8. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for:

Sealed audio/video recordings or software if the seal has been removed after delivery

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who, at the time of purchase, are located outside the European Union and have their delivery address outside the EU.
